At the same time low precision sand casting and sand core bias, resulting in a serious non-uniform wall thickness of cast spool, and large machining allowance, material consumption more.

     New type of valve spool extrusion of copper production, organization dense, essentially to avoid casting defects in cast spool into the upgrading of products, it is equivalent to the Italian hot-upsetting process spool, never divulge. Meanwhile, the wall thickness uniform, to save materials, low production costs. Spool work pressure 8Mpa; spool operating temperature is less than 100 ℃; wall thickness of 2mm, can be determined according to user needs.
